Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in the beach suites. We accept a maximum of two dogs per room and there is a charge of £12.50 per dog per night, please advise when booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the South Sands beach from 1st May to 30th September - this restriction does not apply to North Sands nearby.

Extra beds

• Cots £12.50 for the duration of the stay
• Standard Pull Out Bed £27.50 per night, including breakfast
• Superior J-bed £35.00 per night, including breakfast
• Sofa bed £35.00 per night, including breakfast

Cancellation policy

At the point of booking we will require your credit card details. A deposit equivalent to the 50% of your stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is non-refundable, however should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 1 week notice for our low and mid seasons, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date. High Season bookings will also have to pay the remaining balance of the full stay 2 weeks prior arrival date. This will also be the last time the customer can cancel the reservation and be able to re-book. Should a cancellation be made less than the 1 or 2 week periods prior to you arrival date, no re-booking will be permitted.

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 1 or 2 weeks policy will be charged for.
