Mitch Tonks is a highly acclaimed, award-winning restaurateur, food writer and fishmonger. He owns three seafood restaurants, two in Dartmouth and one in Bristol. He co-presented the TV series Mitch and Matt’s Big Fish and writes regularly for magazines and newspapers.
Working in partnership with South Sands hotel he oversees the menu and inspires the kitchen team by introducing the best seafood in the area and helping to establish the hotel as one of Devon’s great seafood destinations.
