All of our rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of accommodation, full English breakfast and VAT and are based on two people sharing a bedroom or suite. The tariff for single occupancy of our accommodation is the same as for double occupancy.
There is a minimum of 2 nights stay required in all room types during the weekends and throughout the year in all Beach Suites.
Please note that the rates for the Beach Suites are based on two adults sharing and there is an additional charge of £15.00 (per night) for every extra guest older that 14 years old.
Please note that our rates may vary during public and school holidays.
Extra charges (on request only)
- Dogs: £12.50 per night, per dog (Limited rooms throughout the Hotel dogs must be confirmed at booking). Please note that dogs are not allowed on the South Sands beach from 1st May to 30th September - this restriction does not apply to North Sands nearby
- Cots: £12.50 for the duration of the stay
- Superior J-bed: £35.00 per night, including breakfast
- Late Check-Out: check-out is by 11am; a late check-out fee of £25 per hour will be charged thereafter
At the point of booking we will require your credit card details. A deposit equivalent to the 50% of your stay will be charged to this card, on completion of this transaction your confirmation will be sent out to you either by post or email. This deposit is non-refundable, however should you wish to cancel, and provided you have given 1 week notice for our low and mid seasons, the deposit will be kept for a 6 month period to allow you to re-book at a later date. High Season bookings will also have to pay the remaining balance of the full stay 2 weeks prior arrival date. This will also be the last time the customer can cancel the reservation and be able to re-book. Should a cancellation be made less than the 1 or 2 week periods prior to you arrival date, no re-booking will be permitted.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 1 or 2 weeks policy will be charged for.
Low & Mid season - 1 week prior to the first night of your stay
