2 eggs of your choice, with avocado, sautéed spinach, roasted tomato and mushrooms, hash brown plus toast of choice

HEALTHY BREAKFAST
mashed avocado on sourdough toast with light sweet chilli, shallot and tomato salsa, with coriander and lime juice

EGGS AND MUFFINS
English muffin, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. With choice of; ham, smoked salmon or sautéed spinach

MUSHROOMS ON TOAST
oven roasted mushrooms, with garlic, thyme and butter on sourdough toast, served with creamy sauce, baby watercress and truffle oil

PORRIDGE
with blueberry compote or honey

WARM PANCAKES
with – bacon & maple syrup or blueberry compote
